Information for Authors

Authors are invited to submit papers for electronic publication. Manuscripts must be original and written in English and should be submitted to the following e-mail address:

Manuscripts are accepted for publication with the understanding that the same work has not been published and will not be submitted for publication elsewhere. All papers will be refereed. If necessary, the author(s) would be asked to revise the manuscript according to the referee’s suggestions. A PDF file of the final version of the article will be sent to each author.

The manuscripts submitted to IEJA are checked first by iThenticate to compare the contents of the manuscripts with a vast database of webpages and academic publications. The iThenticate report for every manuscript is investigated in detail. According to the iThenticate result, if the similarity index of the manuscript is higher than %25, then it can not be considered for further process.

Form of Manuscript

Manuscripts prepared using LaTeX2e are welcome. Once acceptance, each manuscript will be edited according to the style of IEJA. First, download the IEJA style package for LaTeX2e, and use the class file "ieja.cls", and then as usual load the LaTeX style files, e.g.
